    • Refunds are processed within 7 business days following the approval of the refund request.
    • The actual receipt of the refund amount depends on the client’s bank’s processing times, which may vary.

Conditions for Refund

  • Service Evaluation:
    • Xtreme Technologies will evaluate the service provided to determine the eligibility and validity of the refund request. This evaluation will consider the extent of service already provided and any expenses already incurred.
  • Third-Party Services and Products:
    • For services that involve third-party products or services, refunds will only cover the portion of the service fee attributable to Xtreme Technologies. Any third-party costs are subject to the respective vendors’ refund policies.

Non-Refundable Services
